- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues
- Schedule services and dispatch technicians
- Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Team player who can work independently
- Be highly organized and detail-orineted
- Be able to be friendly at all times on the phone
- Must be a self-starter and punctual
- Have a clean driving record
- Pass a background and drug screen before being hired
- Experinece in the construction field is a plus
- Answer phone and schedule appointments
- Check email and voice mail for messages and return calls
- Review schedule for day/week
- Communicate and review jobs with service technicians\
- Make appopintment confirmation calls
- Data entry with 45 wpm typing skills
- We us Micorsoft Office, so a working knowledge of Word and Excel is a requirement
